One-page creator brief
The questions every good brief answers, ready to fill in.
CREATOR BRIEF Product: what is it, in one plain sentence? Who it's for: describe one real person, not a demographic. The one thing: if viewers remember a single idea, what is it? Proof: why should anyone believe that? Must say: claims, offers, legal lines. Must not say: anything off-limits. Format: length, orientation, talking head or b-roll. Hook ideas: three openings to try. Call to action: what should people do next? Deliverables: number of videos, hooks and sizes. Deadline: first cut due on...
First-cut review checklist
Four passes to get through a review without going in circles.
FIRST-CUT REVIEW 1. Hook: would you stop scrolling in the first two seconds? 2. Message: is the one idea clear with the sound off? 3. Proof: do we see the product doing the thing? 4. Compliance: are all claims allowed and disclosures present? Feedback rules - Give one consolidated round of notes. - Say what to change and why. - Separate must-fix from nice-to-have.
Monthly testing plan
A simple grid for deciding what to try next.
MONTHLY TEST PLAN This month's question: what are we trying to learn? Variable: hook, angle, creator or format? Pick one. Control: which current ad are we trying to beat? Variants: how many, and who is making them? Budget per variant: enough to reach a decision. Success metric: choose it before you launch. Decision date: when do we stop, keep or scale? What we learned: write it down for the next brief.

How to write a creator brief that works
A good brief fits on one page and answers what a creator would ask if you were standing in their kitchen. Here’s what goes on that page and what stays off it.
Your next winning ad starts here.
Send us a brief today and have your first videos in about a week. If your first campaign produces no collaborations, your first month is on us.
